This is the story of Adam and Barbara who live in a beautiful house in New England. One day while driving home they are involved in a terrible auto accident. They manage to walk home only to discover later that they have died and now haunt their house. When their house is purchased by an out of state family, they feel their home is threatened by the over-the-top artists wife and real-estate idea-man husband. Their only relief is the Gothic daughter of the family. Their attempts at scaring the family out of the house are ignored or laughed at. Finally they fall to the temptation to use the people-exorcizer Beetle Juice. When they find his tactics too dangerous, they attempt to contain him and save the family they were trying to boot.

The Deetz's gothic daughter discovers the Maitands in the attic and befriends them. She finds their after life handbook which is eventually confiscated by the family's interior decorator who is fascinated by the paranormal, and during a seance,conjures up the Maitlands. Most of the trouble starts as the free lance bio-excorist, Beetlejuice gets involved.

Catch Me If You Can(2002)

The film begins in 1969, with FBI agent Carl Hanratty Jr. arriving at a French prison to meet the sick Frank Abagnale Jr, who attempts to escape from the prison. The scene flashes back to six years earlier. Frank's father cons a woman into lending him a suit for Frank Jr., who later acts as a driver for Frank Sr. in a ruse to get a loan from Chase Manhattan Bank. When the loan is denied (due to a series of IRS tax frauds by Frank Sr.), the family is forced to move from their grand home to a small apartment, with tension building within the family.

Frank soon realizes that his mother is having an adulterous affair with his father's friend and feeling that he will not fit in at his new school, poses as a substitute teacher in his French class for a short time. Eventually trouble builds between Franks mother and father, who file for divorce and ask Frank to choose who he will live with. Horrified, Frank runs away from home, using checks that his father had given him. When Frank runs out of money, he begins to use confidence scams. Franks cons grow ever bolder and he even impersonates an airline pilot. He forges Pan Am payroll checks and succeeds in stealing over 2.8 million dollars. Meanwhile Carl Hanratty, the nearly humorless FBI agent, begins to track down Frank in spite of his superiors not attaching much importance to the case (as most of them do not take bank fraud seriously). Tracking Frank to a hotel, Carl discovers to his surprise that he is still resident and breaks into his room to arrest him. Emerging from the bathroom and knowing only that Carl is from the FBI, Frank pretends to be Agent Barry Allen of the United States Secret Service and brazenly claims to have just caught the suspect himself. It is not until after Frank has escaped that Carl realizes he has been fooled.

Later, on Christmas Eve, while Carl is working in the office late and alone, Frank calls him to apologize for tricking him back at the hotel. Carl announces that it doesn't work that way and, to Frank's horror, Carl realizes the reason for the call: Frank has no one else to talk to. Frank hangs up, and Carl continues to investigate. He later discovers that the name Barry Allen is from The Flash comic books and that Frank is actually a teenage minor.

Frank, meanwhile, has not only changed to impersonating a doctor (complete with a forged Harvard Medical School degree) in Georgia, but is romancing Brenda Strong (Amy Adams), a Southern belle who works as a hospital nurse. He proposes marriage to her, at least partly to try to engineer a reconciliation with her parents who have disowned her since she had an abortion. The two travel to meet her parents in Louisiana. Announcing to them not only that he is like them a Lutheran but that he is a qualified laywer as well as a doctor. Frank soon joins Brenda's father (Martin Sheen) as an assistant prosecutor after passing the Bar exam.

When Hanratty tracks him down and arrives at their engagement party to arrest him, Frank admits the truth to Brenda, shows her all his stolen money and asks her to run away with him. Although shocked, she accepts his offer and agrees to meet him two days later at the airport. However, when she arrives as planned, he sees a devastated Brenda being coached by FBI agents, who have surrounded the airport. Realizing that Carl has convinced her to turn against him, Frank escapes on a flight to Europe after fraudulently recruiting a bevvy of trainee air hostesses from a local high school.

Seven months later, Carl angrily tells his boss that Frank has been forging checks all over the Eastern Hemisphere. Arguing that Frank is out of control, he requests permission to track him down in Europe. When his boss denies him permission, Carl takes one of Franks bogus checks to professional printers who suggest it can have been printed in only a handful of European countries. Remembering from an interview with Franks mother Paula that she was born in France, Carl travels to her birthplace of Montrichard and he finds Frank there, on Christmas Eve, inside a massive printing factory. Carl tells Frank that the French police outside will kill him if he doesnt surrender quietly. Frank assumes he is joking at first, but Carl vows that he is not lying. Frank handcuffs himself and Carl takes him outside, where, seeing no police, he compliments Carl on his ability to fool him. Almost immediately, however, the French police arrive and escort Frank to prison.

Later, on the plane extraditing Frank to the United States, Carl informs him that his father has died accidentally. Devastated, Frank escapes from the plane in incredible fashion just as it touches down and returns to his old home. Here he finds his mother with her second husband, as well as a young girl who Frank realizes is his half-sister. Before he can even speak to his mother, however, the posse of police arrive in pursuit and Frank surrenders.

Frank is tried, convicted and given a long prison sentence, but whilst in prison receives regular visits from Carl. During one of these visits, Frank easily deduces the identity of a forger by glancing at a check that Carl shows him. Impressed, Carl then arranges for Frank to be allowed to serve out the remainder of his sentence working for the check fraud department of the FBI under Carl's custody. Although Frank is out of prison, he is chained to his desk-job he misses the thrill of his old life and even attempts to pose as an airline pilot once again. Just as he tries to run again, he meets Carl at the airport. Carl allows him to go free, predicting that Frank will return to work on Monday since there is no one chasing him.

Back in the office on Monday morning, Carl is nervous when Frank doesn't appear for work on time. He is afraid that he has run away and ruined both their lives. But Frank soon shows up and asks Carl about their next case. Bristling, Carl demands to know how Frank cheated on the Bar Exam in Louisiana, to which Frank replies that he didnt he had studied for only two weeks and genuinely passed the exam. Astounded, Carl asks him "Is that the truth, Frank?" to which Frank merely smiles. Carl smiles back and the two continue to their investigation work together.

Lastly, it is revealed through scrolling text that "Frank has been happily married for 26 years" had three sons, lives in the Midwest with his family, is still good friends with Carl, caught some of the world's most elusive money forgers and gets millions of dollars each year because of his work creating unforgeable checks.

Night at the Museum Battle of the Smithsonian

When the Museum of Natural History is closed for upgrades and renovations, the museum pieces are moved into federal storage at the famous Washington Museums. The centerpiece of the film will be bringing to life the Smithsonian Institution, which houses the world's largest museum complex with more than 136 million items in its collections, ranging from the plane Amelia Earhart (Amy Adams) flew on her non-stop solo flight across the Atlantic and Al Capone's (Jon Bernthal) rap sheet and mug shot to Dorothy's ruby slippers, Fonzie's jacket from Happy Days, the still from M*A*S*H and Archie Bunker's lounge chair from All in the Family. With a forwarded resume, Larry (Ben Stiller) becomes another caretaker at the Smithsonian, where Kahmunrah, an evil Pharaoh will come to life with the reestablishing of a tablet as a magical force in the museum bringing the old exhibits (Such as Theodore Roosevelt and Dexter) and new exhibits (like General Custer and Al Capone) back to life, and in conflict with each other. The Breed (2006)

Some guys..a few dogs..a black guy. Lotsa guts. People die for no obvious reason(s). Dogs are intelligent enough to untie boats from the shores and eat the black guy as the appetizer.

Dang you'd want your money back man.

Well that's the short version, here's a little more detail. A group of teenagers visit an island where there uncle, an animal rights activist, used to live before he died and left them his house. The bookish older brother has agreed to come along with his younger brother despite having term medical papers to finish. They tell the others the site used to have a dog combat training site but the dogs were destroyed because of a rabies outbreak.

The kids all kick back having a good time and while they are outside they see a little puppy and fuss over it and take it in the house. That night a dog comes looking for the puppy and ends up biting Sara. They chase the dog off and Sara decides to stay on the island instead of going to the mainland because she is advised that she has up to a week to get a rabies shot. That night she comes on to one of the guys but gets a little violent while kissing him and he backs off.

Next day the guys go into the wood to see if they can "find something to shoot" with the bow and arrows that they have. While they are there they see a guy who has been attacked by the dogs who just has time to tell them that the dogs don't want them there before the dogs finish him off.

They all decide to escape on the boat plane they flew in on but the dogs have chewed through the tether and are sitting on the wings waiting for them. While they are retreating they youngest brother accidentally shoots Niki through the leg while trying to shoot a dog that is attacking her.

They decide to try and get the car from the garage but they have to cross to do that. Despite her injury Niki does this but can't get the car to start and narrowly escapes another attack from the dogs.

All back in the house they try to settle back and relax for a while when the black guy has to go to the basement to fix the fuse when it blows only to find the dogs have a way in through the basement and they tear his throat out.

The dogs chase them through the house and they all end up in the attic where they find some papers that suggest the uncle may have been involved with the dogs being trained at the combat site. They know they have to escape and decide to go across the island to the centre. The guys manage to get the car going but not before Sara sacrifices herself to save them by keeping eye contact with the dog to hold it still long enough to let the others get out, but the dog attacks her and she falls to her death.

At the centre they discover that the dogs have genetically engineered and have gone out of control. They try to radio for help but cannot. Niki notices a cable is detached from the aerial and the guys try to fix it but get attacked by the dogs. Meanwhile the dogs corner Niki but she escapes with the aid of a leaking gas bottle and a fire. The guys are fighting dogs outside when she rolls up in the car and asks if they need a ride.

They drive across the island and drive the car into the sea and make their way to a nearby yacht. Once on board they agree that they need to go for help but need a rest first. They open the door to go into a cabin and the last thing we see is a dogs fangs launching towards them gnashing and snarling...

Martyrs (2008)

Lucie, who has been missing for over a year, is found hysterical by the side of the road. She leads police to the derelict slaughterhouse where evidence suggests she was held captive. Although there is no evidence of sexual abuse, Lucie bears the signs of repeated injury and neglect. Traumatized and uncommunicative, Lucie is unable to tell the authorities anything further about her time in captivity or the people who kept her there.

Over time, Lucie makes friends with Anna, another girl in the youth home where she lives. Anna looks after Lucie and eventually gains her trust. Lucie appears to be haunted by something or someone - a shadowy, rasping female figure who apparently mutilates Lucie. After one such episode, Lucie makes Anna promise not to tell anyone about the creature haunting Lucie.

At this point, the film moves ahead 15 years, and shifts its attention to the Belfond family. Mom is fixing a sewer line in the yard, Dad is making breakfast, and son Antoine and daughter Marie are wrestling over a love note Antoine received. As everyone sits down to breakfast, the doorbell rings - it's Lucie, who shoots the father to death with a shotgun. The mother follows in short order, and then Lucie hesitates, asking Antoine how old he is and if he knew what his parents have done. When she doesn't get an answer, she kills Antoine. Marie hides upstairs, but Lucie finds her and kills her as well. After killing the family, Lucie's creature reappears and tries to attack Lucie. Lucie explains that she's "killed them", and so the creature can leave her alone now. The creature continues to attack her.

Panicked, Lucie calls Anna to come and help her. Anna, horrified, sees what Lucie's done and asks if she's sure these are the people who kidnapped her. Lucie is sure. Anna starts working on burying the bodies when Lucie has to deal with the creature again. In the process of moving bodies, Anna discovers that the mother is still alive and attempts to smuggle her out of the house. Lucie discovers this and beats the mother to death with a hammer. This is followed by one more attempt to placate the creature, as Lucie shows the creature that the mother is dead.

The creature embraces her gently, and begins to cut into her arms. Anna sees Lucie cutting herself - the creature is something Lucie is hallucinating. Flashbacks reveal that the creature is a woman who was being tortured in the same building as Lucie. When Lucie was able to escape, she had an opportunity to take the woman with her, but did not and has been haunted by it ever since. In a fit of rage and sadness, Lucie cuts her own throat.

Anna brings Lucie's body into the house, cleans it and wraps it in cloth. In cleaning up the house, she notices a hole in the wall behind a cabinet. Anna opens the cabinet and discovers a hidden staircase leading down. Anna discovers an underground complex decorated with pictures of people in extreme suffering. Exploring further, Anna discovers another woman, naked and chained to a wall with a metal blindfold riveted to her head. She frees the woman and takes her upstairs. Anna attempts to bathe the woman and she resists, and after Anna removes the blindfold, the woman runs off, finds a knife and begins to mutilate herself, attempting to cut off her arm.

As Anna tries to stop the woman, the woman is killed by a shotgun blast. A group of people have entered the house, and they take Anna down into the hidden complex. An older woman (referred to only as "Mademoiselle") explains to Anna that they are not interested in victims, but martyrs - the act of martyrdom brings about transcendence and the possibility of seeing into the afterlife. They are, in essence, creating martyrs through systematic abuse in the hopes of learning what lies after death from their accounts as they achieve transcendence. They kidnap young women because young women seem to be especially likely to achieve a transcendent state. Anna is then rendered unconscious.

Anna wakes up chained to a chair similar to the one discovered in the building where Lucie was kept. She is fed some sort of unpleasant gruel and methodically beaten. This goes on for several days until a badly battered Anna loses the will to resist. She hears Lucie's voice in her head, telling her that it is going to be okay, that she won't suffer much longer. Anna is then brought to an operating theater, where she is strapped into a rotating rack and flayed.

A now-skinless Anna is hung by a rack under hot lights. The people attending her remark on her considerable resilience, noting that she is still alive. The woman feeding Anna notices something about her has changed, and she calls Mademoiselle to tell her that Anna is close to transcendence. Mademoiselle hurries over and arrives in time for Anna to give her an account of what she had witnessed.

The next day, a large number of wealthy older people arrive at the house, and Mademoiselle's assistant (Etienne) announces that Anna - only one of four young women to successfully achieve martyrdom - was the first to provide an account of the world beyond life, and Mademoiselle was present to hear her account and would be sharing it with the assembled people shortly.

Mademoiselle appears to be getting ready as Etienne speaks to her through the door, asking if the announcement means that Anna saw something, and Mademoiselle says that she did, and it was clear and precise. Mademoiselle asks Etienne if he could imagine life after death. Etienne says he could not. Inside, Mademoiselle is sitting on the edge of a bathtub, where she takes a gun out of her purse. She calls to Etienne and tells him to continue doubting before shooting herself in the head.

The movie ends with Anna, lying in some sort of medicated bath in the underground complex, looking at something very far away, fading to black, and a definition of "martyr" which indicates the derivation from the Greek word for "witness."

At a Texas High school Mandy Lane (Amber Heard) is a popular outsider. Dylan (Adam Powell) invites her to a party at his house and she accepts with the provision that her best friend Emmet (Michael Welch) can attend also. At the party Dylan and Emmet clash, and Emmet sits on the roof overlooking the pool watching Mandy. Dylan joins him and Emmet convinces him to jump from the roof to the pool to get Mandy's attention. Dylan jumps but misses, hitting his head on the edge of the pool and dies.

Nine months later Red (Aaron Himelstein) is having a party at his father's ranch and has invited Mandy along. She obtains permission from her Aunt (Peyton Hayslip) and agrees to go. Following from Dylan's death she now refuses to talk to Emmet. On the way to the ranch the kids steal a keg from a driver (Robert Earl Keen) at a truck stop. When they arrive at the ranch Chloe (Whitney Able) won't drive her car over the cattle grid and so with a shortage of seats Mandy and Bird (Edwin Hodge) elect to walk to the ranch.

While walking they are picked up by Garth (Anson Mount), the ranch hand. Once at the house they begin drinking and playing games. Mandy is the only one to stay sober. After a disparaging remark, Jake (Luke Grimes) walks out, followed by his girlfriend Marlin (Melissa Price). They stop in a cattle shed and, after engaging in oral sex, Jake leaves. Marlin is caught by a stranger and has her jaw broken by a shotgun. While looking for Marlin, Jake discovers her body and is shot by the stranger.

Bird, Mandy, Red and Chloe are joined by Garth at the house after a stranger in Red's car fires fireworks at them on the porch. Bird chases the car, believing that Jake is the driver, but he encounters Emmet. During their fight, Emmet blinds Bird by cutting his eyes, chases him and finally stabs him to death. At the ranch, Garth stays over. Mandy falls asleep in the kitchen. Red and Chloe fall asleep on the couch.

In the morning as they prepare to leave, Emmet shoots Garth. Red and Chloe escape out the back and run to Chloe's car. There Red is shot and, as she runs back to the ranch, Chloe finds the bodies of Jake and Marlin. She is chased by Emmet in Red's car. Mandy retrieves the keys to Garth's jeep, and the hunting knife Emmet used to kill Bird. She then sees Chloe running towards the ranch, pursued by Emmet. As Chloe runs up to Mandy, she stabs Chloe in the stomach. While Chloe bleeds out, Emmet and Mandy discuss their plan.

Emmet has kept a journal giving the reason behind the killings since he and Mandy have previously agreed to a suicide pact. However Mandy refuses to take the pills Emmet gives her. A brief chase ensues. They fight. Garth shoots Emmet and then as Emmet chases Mandy she fights him off, long enough to obtain a sharp object and kill him. Mandy then picks up a wounded Garth and heads to his truck and they drive off.

A mysterious fog rolls into town the night that a mysterious stranger named Jared buys the run down house down the road from 16 year old Loren Hansett. That night all the dogs start to go crazy and a known sex offender is brutally slain by a werewolf.

Loren meets her new neighbour, Jared is hot and he rides a sick motorcycle. He is instantly likeable and Loren's brother Kyle adopts him as his new hero, giving Jared a way in, because he seems to be more than a little interested in lauren and in a creepy way.

Steven is an awkward adolescent who has a crush on Loren but does not know what to do about it. Loren begins to hear a voice epeating the name Melissa over and over in her head, she is suspicious of jared and his large black dog which is part alsatian part wolf apparently. we discover that jared has incredible eyesight and hearing, and that he moves very quickly. Loren is obsessing over jared and he is watching her watching him. She sees him witrh a lady in the house until the lights go down, when she hears a blood curdling scream, which is definitely a woman's. She learns that a man was brutally slain in his house and that a prostitute is missing, who looks just like the woman she saw with Jared. Her friend Angie tells Loren to call the police but they do not take her seriously. Loren later interfere's with Jared's plans and saves another would be victim. Jared thanks her by killing Angie and her poor boyfriend Guy.

The police return, taking Loren more seriously now that two more people are missing, up until of course, the moment in Jared's house where he gets loren to tell the police that she thinks he is a werewolf, when they believe they have a looney on their hands so they run out.

Loren begins to research werewolves. she discovers that his dog is in fact a demon familar and that silver and fire are the only weapons she has. poor Steven who desperately wants her to fall in love with him but has no idea how to go about it, ;takes time out from delivering fried chicken to help her fight monsters. This proves to be a bad idea because Jared has revealed that he believes Loren is in fact a reincarnation of his beloved Melissa and that her soul belongs to him for eternity. He looses his demonic dog and Melissa is forced to kill it with some silver bullets and the help of bumbling celebrity big game hunter Redd Tucker who is doing a book signing in the hunting supplies store where they were shopping for weapons. Redd later recants and claims that they were attacked by a cougar for the press, to not ruin his chance for publicity by ranting about monsters.

Steven gets infected by jared for being silly enough to get in between him and his mate and to replace the pet which was killed. Loren tells steven that they have until midnight of the night of the first full moon after he is infected to kill the creature which infected him and break the curse. Unfortunatelt that night is tonight. On the plus side, Steven who has nothing to lose, finally tells loren how he feels and keeps referring to this whole mess as their first date despite Loren's protestations. Steven changes when the moon comes up, locking himself away while Loren exits stage left, to go looking for Redd Tucker to give him a piece of her mind or get some help.

When she confonts Redd, he reveal his true self in a moment of great humanity, as he struggles to overcome his inner coward and explains that his whole life is a mess, he lives in this van, he is a nobody and this is his last shot. Loren asks him for his help in hunting the monster because she has seen his shows. Redd reveals that he is just an actor and it was all fake. "Just like you" Lauren tells him bitterly. "Yeah just like me" he says, eyes full of regret, face contorted as he struggles to free the voice within him which tells him he cannot stand by and let this girl face the werewolf alone.

Lauren puts silver utensils onto crossbow bolts and readies herself to go into the beast's lair. Jared calls her to tell her that he has her brother Kyle held captive in his house and that he will kill him.

Loren goes to rescue Kyle and runs into Redd, who tells her that he played the part of a big game hunter enough that he is a big game hunter and that he cannot sit by and do nothing while innocent people die. Unfortunatley he is still a better actor than a hero but he does eventuall come through.

Jared lures Loren into a trap, then disarms her as though her crossbow was a toy, he is inside her head, telling her that her soul belongs to him as it always has. He speaks of them running beneath the stars for eternity, sharing the thrill of the hunt, the rapture of the kill, the carnal pleasure of their lusful howling as they coupled under the moon, Loren who does not seem taken with the whole idea is even less so after watching the transformation.

Jared infects her, kyle finally comes good and tries to help his sister but fails. The half Steven half wolfman attacks jared bravely and gets his ass kicked. He also chases the fleeing Redd up a tree, from where Redd throws a flaming torch and some buckshot to Loren's aid. Loren does overcome Jared's attempts at hypnosis eventually and she shoots him with two silver arrows. Steven runs him down with a van and when Jared makes the inevitable final move, Loren shoots a silver shotgun barrel through his brain and causes Jared to explode freeing them all from the curse because Redd got scratched on the way also.

Loren and Steven after going through a near death'eternal life spent eating people experience together finally realise they were meant to be together and kiss. Redd has learned to be a better man( sort of ) and Kyle less of a brat. Everything is alright!!!

Mirrors (stylized MIRЯORS) is a 2008 horror film directed by Alexandre Aja, and stars Kiefer Sutherland. The film was first titled Into the Mirror, but the name was later changed to MIRRORS. Filming began on May 1, 2007. The film carries an R rating by the MPAA for strong violence, disturbing images, language and brief nudity.[1] Alexandre Aja has mentioned that this project is not a remake of the 2003 South Korean horror film Into the Mirror, though there are some similarities.

The movie starts with a man running away, escaping from something. He then runs into a locker room, where all of the lockers open to show his reflection. To his horror, the room's largest mirror begins to crack as he approaches it; he desperately apologizes to his reflection therein for running away in hopes of forgiveness, and begins fervently cleaning the mirrors. A piece of the mirror then falls off. Trying to redeem himself, he picks up the shard with the intention of putting it back on the mirror. However, his reflection slowly slashes his own throat, and the man dies, experiencing the effects of his throat being slashed despite not doing it himself.

Meanwhile, sometime later, Ben Carson (Kiefer Sutherland), a former undercover detective who was suspended after shooting another officer, is forced to take a night time security job at a department store that was gutted by a fire. The department store used to be a psychiatric hospital that experimented in treating schizophrenia. In 1952, a mass killing took place and the hospital was closed. It was later reopened as a luxury department store, the Mayflower. Carson comments on the pristine mirrors throughout the store, and the guard comments that the man Carson is replacing was obsessed with cleaning them.

Carson's round begins normally, though on his first night he sees a door open in a mirror's reflection while it is actually closed. After investigating, he finds nothing. Following nights expose Carson to more intense visions, which he initially shrugs off as hallucinations (due to a strong drug he started taking as a result of his alcohol dependency). He notices mysterious handprints on the mirror. Curious, he touches them, causing the mirror to break and injure his hand. Carson further hallucinates being set on fire, as well as seeing victims in various parts of the store who were burned to death. Afterwards, he finds the wallet of Gary Lewis (the man who dies at the beginning of the film), the night watchman he is replacing. The only piece of information is a note that says "Esseker." Ben then receives a package from Gary Lewis that was sent several days before his death. The package contains newspaper clippings about the fire and other crimes. The man convicted of burning the Mayflower was also convicted of killing his wife and children.

Carson tells his younger sister (whose apartment he is staying at) about what he sees, believing that it is not him looking into the mirrors, but rather, someone is looking at him. However, his sister is unconvinced. Later, he decides to see the body of Gary Lewis at the morgue (where his wife works), and she reluctantly agrees to let him see Gary Lewis and the photos of his death. He notices in the photo of Gary Lewis' body, that in the reflection of the mirror, the glass shard is bloody, but the one in reality is not. This convinces him that the mirrors are actually making people do things to themselves that they aren't actually doing.

Meanwhile, Angela (Amy Smart), Ben Carson's sister, is getting in the bath and begins to relax, when her reflection grips its jaw and begins to slowly tear it off, killing her. After arriving on the scene the next morning to see his sister's body, he returns to the store and attempts to destroy the mirrors, but they prove impervious and even regenerate from several bullets he fires at them. He demands to know what the mirrors want, and ESSEKER is written on the mirror. Ben investigates and finds the name Anna Esseker, a patient of the psychiatric institute. She supposedly died in the mass killing, but Ben discovers that she was actually transferred out two days prior to the event. After Angela's death, he realizes that the mirrors will eventually kill his family if he does not bring Anna Esseker to them. He goes to his wife's home and attempts to remove or paint the surface of every mirror in the house, but his estranged wife Amy (Paula Patton) believes that he is undergoing a breakdown. He tries to show Amy what happens when he tries to break the mirrors by shooting them, but nothing happens and she does not believe him. He looks in the window of his house and sees his children looking at him. Ben then leaves in frustration and embarrassment. However, Amy starts to believe Ben when she discovers her son Michael talking to his reflection. After calling him away, Michael's reflection remains, smiling at her. Amy calls Ben in a panic, who immediately returns home, and together they cover every reflective surface in the house.

Shortly after, Ben discovers Anna Esseker's home, but she is not there. The owner of the house says that when Anna was here strange things would happen with the mirrors, so they tried to get her help. The doctor's treatment was to lock Anna in a room of mirrors. Whatever was in her, left her and "entered" the mirrors. After that, Esseker was sent to a convent, where mirrors are not permitted. After finding Anna, she explains to Ben that she was possessed by a demon, and while in the hospital she was confined to a chair in a room which was surrounded by mirrors, as the doctors' believed this treatment would cure her schizophrenia by forcing her to confront her own reflection. In reality, the demon within her was drawn from her and became trapped in the mirrors.

Ben begs Anna to come back to the department store so that the demon will leave his family alone, though Anna refuses. Meanwhile, Ben's family is attacked by the mirrors. Because he feels the demon in the mirrors is a friend, Michael cleans the paint from all reflective surfaces with a butcher knife and turns all the faucets on, covering the floor with a thin, reflective layer of water. Amy is almost drowned by Michael's reflection in the bathtub, but she saves herself by pulling the drain plug. Meanwhile, a reflection of Amy almost slashes her daughter's throat but the real Amy manages to save her. Amy calls Ben for help, and he abducts Anna at gunpoint. Anna returns to the mirror room and tells Ben to strap her tight, then leave immediately. Amy finds Michael playing in the water. Michael is pulled through the surface of the water by his own reflection and is trapped on the other side, underwater.

As Anna opens her eyes and becomes repossessed, the mirrors explode. Ben returns to the mirror room and discovers that the demon is now crawling on the ceiling and walls and has superhuman strength. Ben shoots at it but fails to wound the demon. He then impales it on a broken steam pipe that ignites a nearby gas line. He tries to escape the crumbling building but the demon attacks again and he is forced to fight it off. The building gives away and various rubble comes down on the demon, killing it, and supposedly Ben as well.

At the family's home, Amy claws at the surface of the water in an attempt to rescue her drowning son. Suddenly, Michael is released from the other side of the reflection and Amy is able to pull him to safety and revive him with CPR.

Ben finally pulls himself out of the rubble and stumbles his way out of the building. Police and firemen are everywhere in the street, and a body is seen taken in a bag by paramedics, but nobody stops Ben as he leaves. He realizes that something is different because the name on a badge is written in reverse (like a mirror), so is the word "Police" on a car; his hand wound from earlier in the movie is on the opposite hand. Ben then realizes that he was crushed to death under the rubble and is now trapped in the mirror world. Fleeing the scene, he happens upon a mirror in town, and he can not see his reflection. He places his hand on it. The scene then changes to the real world and the audience sees Ben's hand print on the mirror. The camera pans and credits roll.

The Weinstein Company distributed the film in the United States through its Dimension Films label. Josh enters a dark university library intending to meet Douglas Ziegler. There he is attacked by a humanoid spirit that sucks the will to live out of him. Some days later, Josh's girlfriend, Mattie visits his apartment and finds him looking pale shortly before he commits suicide by hanging himself with an ethernet cable. Mattie and her friends begin to receive online messages from Josh asking for help but assume that Josh's computer is still on and that a virus is creating the messages. Mattie learns that Josh's computer has been sold to Dexter McCarthy (Dex), who finds a number of strange videos on the computer. Mattie receives a package that Josh mailed two days before he died. Inside are rolls of red tape and a message telling her that the tape keeps "them" out, although he doesn't know why. Later, Dex visits Mattie and shows her video messages Josh was sending to Ziegler. Josh had hacked Ziegler's computer system, stolen and then distributed a virus. This virus had unlocked a portal that connected the realm of the living to the realm of the dead. Josh believed he had coded a counter to the virus and wanted to meet Ziegler at the library. Josh's counter-program is found on a memory stick taped inside the PC case with red tape. Dex and Mattie visit Zieglar and find his room entirely plastered in red tape. Ziegler tells them of a project he worked on where he found "frequencies no one knew existed." Opening these frequencies somehow allowed the spirits to travel to the world of the living. Ziegler also tells them that that these spirits "take away your will to live" and where to find the main server infected with the virus. Dex and Mattie find the server and upload Josh's fix, causing the system to crash and the spirits to vanish. Moments later, however, the system reboots and the spirits return leaving Mattie and Dexter with no option but to flee the city by car. Over the car radio, Mattie and Dex hear a radio report from the Army announcing the location of several "safe zones" where there are no Internet connections, cell phones, or televisions. As Dex and Mattie drive to a safe zone, the film concludes with a voice-over from Mattie saying "We can never go back. The cities are theirs. Our lives are different now. What was meant to connect us to one another, instead connected us to forces that we could have never imagined. The world we knew is gone, but the will to live never dies. Not for us, and not for them." and clips of abandoned cities, including a window of an apartment with Josh looking through it.

Sypnosis:

Ex-cop pimp Jung-ho is irritated because his girls keep disappearing without clearing their debts. One night, he gets a call from a customer and sends Mi-jin. Jung-ho realizes the phone number of the customer matches that of the calls the missing girls got last. As something smells fishy, he searches for her. During his search, Jung-ho dents a car in the alley. When Jung-ho spots blood splattered on the driver’s shirt, he senses the man, Young-min, is the suspect. After an intense chase, Jung-ho catches Young-min. But because of Jung-ho’s pretense as a cop, they are both taken to the police station. At the station, the man bluntly confesses he has killed the missing women, and the last girl, Mi-jin, may still be alive. As the whole police force is obsessed with a random search for corpses, Jung-ho is the only one who believes Mi-jin is still alive. With only 12 hours left to detain the serial killer without a warrant, Jung-ho’s hunt begins, searching for Mi-jin entrapped in a place nobody knows.

New York cop John McClane, who has been a cop for 11 years, has just arrived in Los Angeles on Christmas Eve. For the past six months, John's wife Holly and their two kids Lucy McClane and John McClane Jr have been living in Los Angeles without John. In New York, Holly had a good job that turned into a career, and Holly was promoted to a powerful position in the Nakatomi Corporation. The promotion called for Holly to move to Los Angeles to work in the Nakatomi Plaza, a 40 story building. John stayed in New York because he didn't think Holly would make it out in Los Angeles, and that she would come crawling back to him in New York, so John figured that there was no reason to pack his things for the move to Los Angeles. A limo driver named Argyle drives John to the Nakatomi Plaza, and John heads to the 30th floor, where a Christmas party is going on. John gets into an argument with Holly in the office of her drug-snorting co-worker Harry Ellis because Holly uses her maiden name Gennero instead of the name McClane on her nameplate in her office. Holly leaves the room to give a speech. While John is by himself in the office, John is wishing that the argument hadn't happened. A few minutes later, a group of German terrorists led by Hans Gruber and his right hand man Karl enter the building and take everyone hostage on the 30th floor. John is able to avoid being taken hostage because Hans and his men don't even know that John is in the building. John heads to the upper floors, which are still under construction. Hans takes Holly's boss Joseph Yashinobo Takagi to an office, where Hans demands that Takagi give him the computer code key that will allow Hans and his men to start opening the building's safe so they can steal the $640,000,000 in negotiable bearer bonds that are in the safe. Takagi refuses to cooperate with Hans, so Hans kills Takagi, and John witnesses it. Hans tells his technology expert Theo to start working on getting the safe opened, and Theo thinks it'll take a couple of hours to do it. John frantically tries to find a way to alert the LAPD, realizing that the main phone lines in the building have been cut. Once the police do arrive, they prove to be incompetent under the command of arrogant deputy chief Dwayne T. Robinson, so it's up to John to rescue the hostages.

Push is a 2009 American science fiction thriller film directed by Paul McGuigan. The film stars Chris Evans, Dakota Fanning, Djimon Hounsou, and Camilla Belle. The plot centers around a group of psychics, granted various powers through experimentation, who band together to attempt to take down a government agency that is using a dangerous drug to enhance their powers in hopes of creating an army of super soldiers.

A group of young American ex-pats with telekinetic and clairvoyant abilities are hiding from a clandestine U.S. government agency. They must utilize their different talents and band together for a final job enabling them to escape the agency forever.
